1.1. Photos

Photos uploaded by users for processing (comic generation) are transmitted to our server and/or third-party services (such as OpenAI API) solely for processing purposes.

We do not store original photos, detected faces, or extracted text after processing is complete.

1.2. Face Data

The Application may temporarily analyze facial landmarks and expressions in user photos or through the device's camera to stylize faces into comic art or apply visual effects.

• No biometric identifiers (such as Face ID data or unique facial templates) are collected, stored, or shared.
• All facial detection and processing occur entirely on the user's device.
• Face data is used only in real-time during processing and immediately discarded after image generation.

1.3. Personal Data

We collect and store the following user data on our server:

• Full name
• Email address
• Age

This information is used to identify users, provide access to app features, and communicate important updates.

1.4. Device Information

We may collect information about your device's operating system and app version to improve performance and fix technical issues.

1.5. Payment Information

When making purchases through the Application, payment data is processed by app stores (Google Play, App Store) or authorized third-party payment processors.

We do not store or process payment details (credit card, bank data, etc.) ourselves.

2. Use of Third-Party Services

ComicLens uses trusted third-party services for analytics, authentication, and image generation, including but not limited to:

• Firebase (analytics, authentication)
• AppMetrica (analytics)
• OpenAI API (image generation from text and photos)
• Google / Apple authentication

Each third-party service complies with its own privacy policy and data protection rules.

3. Data Sharing with Third Parties

User photos required for processing may be sent to our secure server and to third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI) only for the purpose of generating comic images.

Personal data (name, email, age) is stored only on our server and is never shared or sold to third parties, except as required by law.

4. Generated Comic Images

Comics generated within the app are saved only on the user's device.

We do not store or back up generated images on our servers.

Deleting or reinstalling the app may result in loss of locally stored images.

5. Data Security

We use modern encryption and secure communication protocols (HTTPS, SSL/TLS) to protect user data.

However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

6. Data Retention

All user personal data is stored on our server for as long as necessary to provide the Application's functionality.

Data may be deleted upon user request through the app's settings or by contacting us via email.

7. Registration and Authentication

Registration and authentication in the Application can be performed via:

• Email and password
• Google/Apple account

8. Children's Privacy

The Application is available to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If you believe that your child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us — we will delete this information.
